Can I book regular junk removal?
Yes. One item or a whole load, our crew handles the lifting, loading, and hauling. Selling, sorting, and donation coordination are optional services for projects that need them.
Could selling items cover my cleanout?
Your net sale proceeds may reduce or cover the separately quoted cleanout. We charge a 35% commission on items that sell, and any marketplace fees are explained before you approve the plan. Any surplus belongs to you. Results and sale timing vary.
What does the 35% commission include?
It covers handling approved sale items, one month of warehouse storage, and managed online resale through eBay. Unsold items are donated afterward at no extra charge, included in the initial bid. Marketplace selling fees are separate and discussed before approval. You choose which items we may sell.
Can I donate instead of selling?
Yes. We help sort usable belongings and coordinate donations based on what local organizations can accept. We discuss removal for items that cannot be donated.
Can you help with an estate or a move?
Yes. We help with estate cleanouts, downsizing, sorting, and organizing. You decide what stays, and we plan the sale, donation, or removal of the rest around your priorities and timeline.
How do I get a price?
Call, text photos, or request a free on-site estimate. We review the items, volume, labor, and access, then explain the scope and price before work begins. Same-day removal depends on availability.
